Shu joined the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) in May 2014 and has certifications in Adult Development as well as 2 Junior Development tracks, 10 and Under and 11-17. "I think the PTR has great resources and try to employ their up-to-date teaching techniques as much as possible." Shu first began teaching through PlayYourCourt.com before joining the staff at P.I.T in September 2014. He is also a former member of the US Racquet Stringer's Association.
Shu's educational background includes graduate degrees in both Business and Economics. Previous work experience includes being a Production Forecaster, a Marketing Research Statistician, and Software Consultant. "Working in Marketing ant Software was great, but teaching tennis is what I love!"
