Q. Is Membership required to reserve a court, take lessons, or sign up for programs/drills?

A. No, there are no guest fees to access our club. Membership does have other benefits though.
Q. Can I call in a reservation instead of reserving on-line?
A. Yes, you may call in a reservation. We are using technology to make our operation more efficient, so there is a discount for reserving a court time and paying on-line.
A. Our payment system is setup for court time to be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel you can call us and we will try to resell it for you. In many cases, we are able to resell the court time and your court fees would be refunded. However, please be advised that if you book a court time, then cancel, and we are unable to resell it, your court fee may not be refunded. The more notice that we have of your cancellation, the better chance that we will have to resell it.
Q. What can I do if I am having difficulties with the website?
A. System issues are usually related to browsing history errors that can be resolved by clearing your browser's cache. Please check the documentation for your browser for more information on how to do this. Also, be sure to log out every time after you have finished at PublicIndoorTennis.com. If you are still having difficulties, you may want to log in, then log out, then close your browser. Reopen the browser and log in again.
