Permanent Court Time

Customers must choose a minimum of 6 months for permanent court time. The court time cost is $34/hr for the entire season (sales tax included), which is a discount from Fall 2024 court time rates of $38/hr or $36/hr booked online.

Terms & Conditions

Membership Required

You must be a member in good standing of our club to reserve a permanent court time. Membership is not a requirement for any of your guests.

Approval

All permanent court times must be scheduled and approved through Tim Jachymowski. Please call 763-231-3109 and ask for Tim.

Renewal

Barring unforeseen circumstances, members will be given an option to renew their permanent court time each and every year.

Payments

Payment can always be made in full. But if you prefer, you can make an up-front payment for the court time from the start date through December. Another payment will then be due at the first court time in January.

Refunds

If you are unable to use any portion of your permanent court time, you may either sell the court time yourself or contact us and we will try and resell it for you. Please refer to our FAQ for more info on reselling court time.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any portion of a Permanent Court Time. We will attempt to provide a least a week's notice and we'll try to keep cancellations to a minimum. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a court time, a refund will be issued for the cancelled time.
